What is ROOT?
Root is a user that free you to do whatever you want to do
Should i do this?
it's up to you, for example if you need to move applications to the sd card or need applications Requiring rooting first, then root it, but if you do not need, don't root it , because the root has deficiencies:
-virus will easily fit
accidental file deletion-going system
-may be damaged if the root fails to do
but of course there are advantages:
-Can delete the factory default application
- Can Installing Applications Requiring Root
- Able to install custom ROMs
- Can make arrangements to maximize the performance of mobile
WARNING!!
If there is any damage or failure when / after rooting, I am not responsible, because I just share it. So Previously advised to do backup important data first.
How To ROOT:
1. First download the file update.zip as a necessary ingredient for rooting. Remember! Do not extract the file
- update.zip for Galaxy Pocket
- update.zip for Galaxy Y
2. Copy update.zip to the microSD card, and do not put in the folder
3. Turn your Android smartphone
4. Press the power button, volume up and the home button simultaneously to enter recovery mode
5. Select apply update from sd card
6. Then select the file update.zip
7. Wait a while
8. Reboot and you've finished rooting Galaxy Pocket/Y
9. To prove there is a new app called superuser skull icon.
(to select on recovery mode press home screen button)
